Booking and Cancellation

In fairness to other clients waiting for available slots, a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice is required for all Classes and Privates to avoid a late cancellation charge.

We use a variety of professional Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and small props. These tools help enhance your strength, flexibility, and control through resistance and support.

Comfortable gymwear or close-fitting sportswear. Bring along a clean pair of grip socks for better grip and hold onto apparatus and hygiene purposes, shoes are not required.

It will be necessary for you to grip socks if you forget to bring them.
